Thanks, but I won't be in Florida until next summer and I don't know how much mental health I will need (read your linked in profile), but I will add you in case some one in my connections starts slipping. So are you familiar with "The Shadow side..."? My sister-in-lawis a counselor in Coral Springs and is a big follower.
Thanks for the add. as far as why Im migrating south, it on the heals of my wife's recent promotion to Divisional Vice President of La Petite (part of the Learning Care Group), So you can just call me 1st husband. Income from my business affords the dining out and vacations.
The Predictive Index is a behavioral assessment that is used primarily in placement, management, communications and leadership development. It is highly validated and compliant with EEOC guidelines.
I don't personally have experience using it in your field since that is not my area of expertise. If you are using MBTI or similar tools, PI is definitely a fit.
If it sounds like a tool that might be helpful, I would be happy to put you in touch with our Director of Research in Boston.
About me, hmmm... Hopelessly heterogenous and varied in life aspects. Not a workaholic, but a tendency to hyperfocus on subjects of interest to me.
Happily married with offspring who inherited most of the best of both parents.
