Hi everyone! Maybe we can all help each other out in helping out businesses grow via this site. I have a transcription and translator service and type reports for doctors, attorneys, private investigators, etc. I also have a transcription internship program for transcription students to gain training and experience. WrapMail is an incredibly effective and inexpensive advertising vehicle. WrapMail is all about “wrapping” emails in a dynamic and interactive letterhead. We all send emails every day but they’re not very effective, snail mail has stationery....why shouldn’t email?

WrapMail is very slick – there is nothing to install on any desktop, nothing to learn, employees just keep on sending emails the way they do today. The system is built so clients can create their own wraps from templates (or WrapMail will create custom wraps for a small charge). Wraps are made up of images, text and/or embedded links. The wraps can vary based on a lot of variables: sender, recipient, time, rotation, subject, RSS or other feed.

Inexpensive: the small business system costs only $5/user/month with zero commitment beyond the initial setup and first month minimum ($20 to set up and $ 20 minimum per month - $5/user from user #5 and beyond).

All the emails sent from employees become a marketing piece with WrapMail’s system. This is push advertising at its best. Business clients also get complete tracking of who is clicking on what links when (also available immediately – talk about “Instant lead alert”). Imagine if traditional media could be tracked this way.

The bottom line is that you’re sending your external emails every day anyway, why not turn these into marketing tools and promote all that your organization has to offer?
